Avery Grace is just 16 years old, and she hosts her own podcast, IamAvery! She has already experienced a great deal, and is chasing her dreams of helping others and raising awareness of mental health. From age 6, Avery has experienced all kinds of physical and mental health. From the death of her Grandfather that had a profound effect on her, to a house fire she escaped from, and some pretty horrendous bullying and social media bullying.
