Rachel Isabela grew up with an emotionally absent father. By 12 years old, her father just wasn't interested in her, and even had her wondering if he even liked her at all. In this fascinating episode, Rachel explains how the absence of her father's love left her feeling rejected and worthless, and played a huge role in her future relationships. Seeking validation and acceptance would result in Rachel getting involved with an abusive partner,  and stuck in a relationship she just didn't know how to escape from. Rachel was able to leave and she is here to tell her story, her findings, and help empower others to regain control and understand how past traumas are affecting their lives today. Its amazing!
